BluePrint Development Group is a minority certified construction firm based in the historic “Shaw District” of Washington DC.

Our focus is in renovation, restoration, and modernization of large-scale government, commercial and educational buildings. Many of our projects involve historic, secure, occupied facilities and on occasions a portion or all the work is performed at night or weekends to meet the special requirements of our clients.
